Huss Valley Rounds: Runner, Catcher, and Hero Decisions
Choose a round guide by your actual role. Runners need a route across the field; catchers need an approach that contests that crossing. Chicken or Hero adds a selected solo decision, while leaderboard guidance separates wins, catches, and level.

A changing team changes your next job
Caught runners join the chaser side in the following round. That conversion connects the two roles: a runner needs to reach the opposite side, while a catcher needs to stop players still working toward it. The role guides explain the match objective, and the tips pages focus on choosing an opening or pursuit once that objective is familiar.
Chicken or Hero is a separate prompt for a selected runner. Hero takes a solo crossing for an extra reward opportunity; Chicken skips the special attempt. The guide handles the prompt, while the comparison helps match the choice to a session goal. Leaderboard reading is another task: wins, catches, and level describe different kinds of progress. Use the named statistic rather than treating every number as the same result.

A changing team changes your next job: questions
Why can the next round have more chasers?
Every caught runner joins that side in the following round. Reconsider the opening instead of copying the previous route automatically.
Is Hero an ordinary group crossing?
No. The selected runner attempts a solo crossing. Choosing Chicken passes on that attempt and its extra opportunity.
